We understand that life is filled with unexpected changes. We absolutely sympathize and value fairness in our business operations. Please understand that we make commitments to our hotel partners and must have deadlines on information and payments.

If something happens and you cannot attend we will follow these guidelines:  

• The $50.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refunds (minus the deposit) can be processed up until 30-days before an event (unless stated otherwise).
• NO refunds  and NO credits will be issued if you are within 30 days of the event. You are welcome to find a replacement for yourself/your spot and transfer your registration to another person. (It is YOUR responsibility to find the replacement for your spot in the room) Please contact us in writing at triciapetito@gmail.com with the name and contact information of the person who will be attending in your place and directions will be given to you on how to proceed.
• If an event is canceled by the contracted Venue or by Scrappin Buddies because of an unforeseeable or uncontrollable reason, ALL funds will be refunded to attendees. 

Payments should be made via Square, Venmo, Zelle, or by cash/check. 

**Note if Sending via Transfer (Venmo, Zelle): Make sure to place a note on the payment indicating what crop weekend it is for. Do NOT mark it as a “good/service” or it will be returned to you. Payment via PayPal is NOT accepted.

**Note If Sending Check: Confirm address prior to sending. Confirm check is made out properly and spelt properly. Confirm with Scrappin Buddies/Tricia Petito prior to sending so it is being watched for. Scrappin Buddies/Tricia Petito is not responsible for payments lost in mail. 

Seats in a crop room will not be “reserved” until a payment arrives. Make sure your payment will arrive BEFORE any deadline posted or your spot in the crop room may be cancelled.

All attendees have the right to be in an environment free of harassment and violence. If any attendee partakes in harming another person (verbally or physically) at a Scrappin Buddies crop or weekend retreat, they will be asked to leave the retreat with no refund.

By registering for/paying for a crop weekend you agree to and understand these policies.

Scrappin Buddies/Tricia Petito reserves the right to adjust these policies as necessary.
