The fall season is one of my favorites. I love the cooler air, the pumpkins, and love to get away to places with my family! The “Falling for You” paperback was so perfect to create a beautiful layout to enjoy all the pictures I have to show off this season. I always have a hard time picking what pictures to put on the layouts….So This layout will show you how to add more photos into your layouts when you just can’t find the room! FLIP FLAPS!!!!!
Supplies used:
-Falling for You Paper Packet (X7223B)
-Falling for You Coordinating Cardstock (Espresso, Fern, Goldrush, Pewter) (X7223D)
-White Cardstock
-Gold Shimmer Trim (z1985)
-3×4 Flip Flap (Z3230)
-SideLoad Page Protector (Z1968)
-Falling for you Complements (x7223C)
-Bronze Sequins (Z4029)
-Cutter
-Adhesive
Step 1: Adhere papers to base. Size of papers cut: Floral 4×12, Fern 1/2 x 12, Goldrush 2×12, polka dot 1/2 x 12.
Step 2: Adhere 2 brown photo mats, and grey journal spot.
Step 3. Embellish. Basic kit has zip strip and shimmer trim only. If you purchased the upgrade kit, add your “complements” and your “bronze sequins” as desired.
Step 4. Once finished embellishing, place entire finished page into a clear plastic page protector.
Step 5. To add additional pictures onto your layout, this is where you use your FLIP FLAPS!!!!! Take you flip flap and hold it like an envelope. Find where the opening is. Fold the flap OVER the opening. So it would look like it is a “sealed envelope” you are about to take to the post office to send out in the mail. Decide where you want it on your page. Once you know where you want it, peel off the white protectant strip off of the glue. Adhere on top of your page protector. ***WARNING, DO NOT ADHERE TO YOUR ACTUAL PAGE!!!! ADHERE TO YOUR PLASTIC PAGE PROTECTOR!!!!*** You can put more pictures, journalling or even memorabilia in these flip flaps! Love Love Love these!!!!!
